Appreciate you jumping in, Coach - and three years in, you’re right in that sweet spot where you’ve seen enough to know what’s working, but you’re still hungry to grow. That’s a great place to be.
I totally get wanting advice from people outside your own circle. Sometimes it’s hard to get a fresh perspective when everyone around you is doing things the same way.
What’s the biggest thing you’re trying to figure out right now?
Team culture?
Parent involvement?
Practice structure?
Something else?
